I have purchased two pairs of these boots the first fell apart in less than one month. The rubber sole came away from the upper leather of the shoe. My retailer refunded me I purchased the second pair they have arrived with stitching hanging off the boot toe and the eyelets have sharp unfinished edges which frey the laces as shown in photographs. Contacted Sperry via email where I highlighted the issues with two pairs of boots. The response (unfortunately we cannot get involved unless purchased directly from our online website as the retailer took payment from you, your contract lies with them so they will have to assist you with your purchase.) There is clearly a quality issue here which is not being addressed. In no part of the communication have I been told that anyone will look into this. Unfortunately I have just been redirected back to the retailer, which obviously have nothing to do with how Sperry are manufacturing or quality checking products. I am highly disappointed with the quality of the product and response I have been given from a company of this renowned stature.
