SAVER DELIVERY £3.99
We offer saver delivery of £3.99 using Standard Delivery for all orders under £50. We offer free delivery for orders over £50. Orders will normally arrive between 3-5 working days. This applies only for mainland UK postal addresses. Delivery to outlying areas (Scottish Highlands) and Northern Ireland can take between 5-6 working days to arrive. Any orders placed on a weekend or after 2pm on a Friday, will mean your order will be dispatched on the Monday.
If you are not at home to accept delivery they may deliver your item to a safe place location at the address without a specific instruction from you.
PLEASE NOTE: Any orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday and after 2pm on a Friday will mean your order will be dispatched on the Monday.
EXPRESS DELIVERY £7.99
We offer Next Day delivery of £7.99. This applies only for mainland UK postal addresses. Orders will normally arrive the next working day. To ensure next working day delivery; orders will need to be submitted before 4pm Mon - Fri. Next Day delivery to outlying areas (Scottish Highlands) and Northern Ireland can take between 2-3 working days to arrive.
Working Days are Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays.

TRACKING ORDERS
As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Depending on the shipping option you chose tracking will be available at www.parcelforce.com, www.royalmail.com or www.evri.com, your email will direct you to the correct carrier.
SATURDAY DELIVERIES
Unfortunately, we do not deliver on a Saturday.
TIMING OF ORDERS
We process orders in our warehouse from 9am to 2pm Monday to Friday. Therefore, if your order is placed on a bank holiday, after 2pm, late on a Friday or on the weekend, please expect a small delay. Orders will normally arrive in 2-5 working days. Next day delivery orders will normally arrive between 1-2 working days.
DELIVERIES
Delivery to remote areas can take an extra 1-2 days. Local weather conditions can also affect delivery time.
At this time, we ship orders to mainland UK & Scottish Highlands. We are unable to ship to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, EU and BFPO addresses.
BANK HOLIDAY DELIVERY
Over national UK bank holidays delivery will be delayed. Orders will be fulfilled on the next working day and will take 3-5 working days to be delivered.
